    Open filetransferx.com in any browser and pick Receive Files.

    Enter the code

    Type the short transfer code shown on your phone, since scanning a QR code from your own screen isn’t practical here.

    Accept and receive

    Review the incoming files on your computer and accept to start the transfer.

Best for

Backing up photos before clearing space on your phone, moving a document you downloaded on mobile onto a computer to edit, or getting a screen recording off your phone to share elsewhere. Since files arrive at their original quality, this also works well for camera RAW files and 4K video.
