Large file transfer
Send large files without the size limit
Email caps attachments around 25MB. FileTransferX reads files in chunks instead of loading them whole, so it's built to handle files far larger than that.
Start a TransferHow large files stay manageable
Instead of loading an entire file into memory before sending it, FileTransferX reads it in small chunks and sends them as it goes. That keeps your browser tab responsive even for video files, RAW photo exports, or multi-gigabyte archives, and it means the transfer can show accurate live progress — percentage complete, current speed, and estimated time remaining — the whole way through.
What limits still apply
There's no artificial cap built into FileTransferX itself. In practice, how large a transfer you can comfortably run depends on your device's available memory and the stability of your network connection for the duration of the transfer — the same constraints that apply to any large data transfer, just without an arbitrary size limit added on top.
